The CanJump Program is a fun and engaging recreational gymnastics program designed for children of all skill levels, from beginner to more experienced gymnasts. With a focus on building foundational gymnastics skills, CanJump helps athletes develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence, all in a positive and supportive environment.
FAST (Foundational Acrobatic and Strength Training) is a pre-competitive program designed to develop strong, well-rounded athletes. This program focuses on building foundational skills, strength, and confidence, preparing athletes to transition into the Canadian Provincial Program upon successful completion of all FAST levels.
Designed for athletes aged 6 and up, FAST introduces gymnasts to pre-competitive training in a fun and supportive environment while gradually incorporating the expectations and structure of a more disciplined program.

This fun and energetic 1-hour weekly class is designed to introduce young athletes to the basics of trampoline, double mini-tramp, and tumbling. Participants will develop body awareness and coordination while learning foundational skills on the trampoline, explore the double mini-tramp for the first time, and work on basic tumbling techniques on the floor.
The class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. No previous gymnastics or trampoline experience is required—this program is perfect for beginners who are eager to learn new skills and have fun!

This 1-hour weekly class introduces athletes to intermediate skills in tumbling, trampoline, and double mini. Participants will work on developing more advanced tumbling techniques, learn how to incorporate twists on the trampoline, and refine their skills on the double mini-tramp.
The program builds on the foundational skills from CanJump Levels 1-2, helping athletes progress towards more complex movements with greater control and confidence. A pre-requisite of CanJump Level 2 or an equivalent evaluation is required for this class.

This 1-hour weekly class takes athletes to the next level, building on the fundamentals learned in previous levels. Athletes will begin to master advanced tumbling, trampoline, and doubale mini skills, with a focus on increasing spatial awareness and precision in their movements.
As participants progress, they’ll develop the strength, control, and technique needed to perform more complex skills. A pre-requisite of CanJump Level 4 or an equivalent evaluation is required to join this class.

Ready to fly high and add more structure to your training? FAST is a 10-month program with practices twice weekly, ranging from 1.5 hours to 2 hours each practice.
